As the daughter of an orthodontist, Dr. Dorie Frank was exposed to everything about teeth from an early age.
She earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland. After working with her father for two years, Dr. Frank’s passion for orthodontics grew, and she attended the University of Maryland Dental School, where she earned her D.D.S. A General Practice Residency then brought her to New York, followed by a 3-year Orthodontics Residency at Stony Brook University.
She was recruited by one of her professors, Dr. Ian Glaser, to work in his Commack practice. Today, Dr. Frank is proud to serve the community and continue a tradition of superb orthodontics within these walls.
Dr. Frank loves to spend time with her husband, Mark, and children, Charlie and Leo. They always seek an adventure, and can be found skiing, hiking, enjoying a museum, and enjoying the best of Long Island and New York City.
